1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://powerpuncher.eu, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 9. Warranty and Statutory Consumer Rights

Commercial Manufacturer Warranty:
Prudent Europe Ltd. provides a voluntary commercial warranty for PowerPuncher products as follows:

  • 3-Year Warranty: Structural parts of the machine (body parts, screws, fans).
  • 1-Year Warranty: Moving and rolling parts (ropes, pulleys, bearings) and electronic components (display, motherboard, cables, sensors).

Statutory Consumer Rights:
Our commercial warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit or affect, your mandatory statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

  • For EU Consumers: You are entitled to a mandatory statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • For Australian Consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • For US and Canadian Consumers: The commercial warranty above serves as our limited express warranty. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

Warranty Shipping Costs:
For valid warranty claims made by EU consumers, Prudent Europe Ltd. covers the transport costs for returning defective parts and sending replacement components. For customers outside the EU, the customer is responsible for shipping defective components back to our service base, while Prudent Europe Ltd. will cover the shipping cost of delivering the repaired or replacement parts back to the customer (unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, such as the Australian Consumer Law).

Warranty Exclusions:
The product is not made of stainless steel; therefore, it must be protected from high humidity and salty, marine air. We cannot provide a warranty for corrosion, rust, or damage caused by exposure to high humidity, moisture, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hungary, subject to mandatory local consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
