Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a standard 14-day return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges for returns
For standard 14-day returns (change of mind), shipping charges incurred in connection with returning the product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to PowerPuncher (a division of Prudent Europe Ltd).
Defective items & Warranty claims
If you receive a damaged product or experience a technical failure covered under warranty, please notify us immediately at
For valid warranty claims made by consumers within the European Union, shipping costs for returning defective parts for repair or replacement will be covered or reimbursed by Prudent Europe Ltd. For non-EU warranty claims, return shipping terms are handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy and applicable local consumer laws.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
